the message and recipient identifiers encoded in the address
the timestamp of the request
the browser and operating system type
the IP address, used for coarse geolocation and then truncated

Data processing

Processing rests on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the sender's legitimate interest in knowing the audience of their communications — or on Art. 6(1)(b) where a contract binds you to them. Under Swiss law, Art. 31 revFADP.

Measurements live as long as the campaign does in the sender's account — they are deleted together. Raw server logs never exceed thirty days.

Records are held in our Geneva data centre, in Switzerland. No redirection data leaves Swiss territory.

No cookies, no third-party scripts, no pixels executed on this domain: everything measured comes from the identifiers already written into the URL.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: address the sender, who alone holds the link between you and their lists. If they do not respond, the contact above takes over and carries out the deletion.

Unsubscribing is handled by the sender, not on this domain. Use the unsubscribe link at the foot of the message, or the List-Unsubscribe header most mail clients expose. The request is applied immediately and permanently.

Report fraudulent content
